Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BayDocket, a product of Black Cat Software LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
BayDocket is software for auto repair shops: repair order and estimate management, digital vehicle inspections, invoicing, scheduling, and customer text-message communication. Shops are responsible for the accuracy of the business records they enter and for having the right to contact the customers they message.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Repair shops use BayDocket to send appointment reminders, estimate-approval requests, and service-update messages to their customers. By providing your mobile number to a participating repair shop and consenting to receive texts, you agree to receive such messages from that shop via BayDocket.
- Message frequency varies based on your repair activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable law, including messaging regulations.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Cat Software LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
