The counter rush

Fast tickets on the days the phone won't stop

Tire work is volume work: four cars waiting, a walk-in with a slow leak, and the phone ringing. The big shop systems make every one of those a click marathon — reviewers of the big names count dozens of clicks before an estimate even starts. BayDocket is built the other way: a new repair order is 2 clicks, and an estimate line is 3.

Your repeat work goes even faster. Save your mount-and-balance package, your rotation, your flat repair as canned jobs — your parts, your labor, your prices — and drop one onto a ticket in two clicks. The writer isn't re-typing the same four lines forty times a week.

A BayDocket repair order with three job cards — Engine & front-end repair, Oil Change, and Front brakes — each with parts and labor lines and a green Approved chip.
Jobs on a BayDocket ticket — save any of them as a canned job once, then drop it onto the next estimate with your prices already filled in (demo-shop data).

The upsell, honestly

A tread photo beats a lecture

Every tire job is an inspection opportunity: tread depth, brakes, shocks, alignment wear. With BayDocket, the tech captures it on a phone — photo, condition, note — and a yellow or red finding becomes a line on the estimate in one tap. No clipboard, no re-typing at the counter.

Then the customer sees what the tech saw. They get a text with the estimate, look at the photo of their own worn tire, and tap Approve or Decline per job from their phone. Approvals come back in minutes instead of voicemails, and the yes is on the ticket in writing. When the work's done, the invoice and a pay-by-text link go out the same way.

Honest scope

What BayDocket does — and doesn't — do for a tire shop

Straight up: BayDocket doesn't do tire inventory, fitment lookups, or distributor tire ordering today. If your shop lives on DOT registration tracking and same-day ordering from three suppliers, the big systems cover that and we don't yet.

What BayDocket is: the simplest way for a 1–5-bay shop to run tickets, inspections, approvals, scheduling, and payments from a phone — at one price, everything included, no tiers and no add-ons. Most independent tire shops do plenty of general repair too, and that's exactly the work this is built for.

Frequently asked questions

Does BayDocket handle tire inventory or fitment lookups?

Not yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. BayDocket has no tire inventory module, no fitment data, and no tire-ordering integrations. What it does have: fast estimates, canned jobs for your standard tire packages, photo inspections, text approvals, and text-to-pay. If DOT tracking and distributor ordering are must-haves, a bigger system fits you better today.

Can I save my standard tire packages as canned jobs?

Yes. Save a mount-and-balance package, a rotation, or a flat repair once — parts and labor lines with your prices — and drop it onto any repair order in two clicks. You can also save a job you just built straight from a ticket, so the library grows out of real work instead of a setup weekend.

How do text approvals help a tire counter?

When a tech spots worn brakes or a leaking shock during a tire job, that finding becomes a photo on the inspection and a line on the estimate. The customer gets a text and taps Approve or Decline per job from their phone — no phone tag, and the answer is on the ticket in writing.

Is there a per-feature or per-tier price?

No. BayDocket is one price with everything included — inspections, texting, approvals, text-to-pay, scheduling, and reporting are never add-ons or higher tiers.
